How to be heard in a male-dominated work environment

It's not the first time I've been asked the question.

🤷‍♀️ How can I be heard and have my opinions valued in a male-dominated environment? 🤷‍♀️

Umm, so what's the problem here? Is it really about the men, or is it more about us and our level of self-certainty?

The way I see it, when we tell ourselves the story of how our audience will respond, we get what we focus on. Alternatively, if we focus on what our purpose is and bring our passion to the conversation, then we project self-certainty. I don't care if you are male or female.

Show me your certainty and I'll lean in further to your message. Gender isn't the issue here.
