I was talking to my mentor recently about the concept of fear and how it holds us back from doing what we want to do.
I'm not sure if you're the same, but for me when fear comes up the conversation in my head goes something like this “Oh, this is going to be hard. I better think about how I am going to tackle this” and the bigger the problem, the more energy and time I give it, thus delaying any action.
So what's the strategy of fear? To add time to the equation.
And who has time? None of us!
Today I challenge you to think about what you are fearing (#procrastinating on) and face it head-on. Do something. Take action.

Change your thinking to “If I fear this, I must do it!”
