If you're not getting the results you want it's got nothing to do with anything external to you. It's
- not your team
- not your clients
- not stuff that's happened in the economy
- not your suppliers
The real reason you're not achieving the specific results that you want has everything to do with your belief system.
Step back and have a look at your belief system. Bring a magnifying glass over the words you use. Listen for limiting beliefs. Because no matter how self-aware you are and how often you explore your belief systems, if you continue to grow and develop there will always be a new limiting belief to move beyond.
Think of a result you are getting that you don't want (or the result you want that you're not yet getting) and ask yourself one or both of these questions:
- What do I need to believe to be true for this to be my result? or
- What am I believing to be true right now to get this result?
