😩 Want to know the real reason why people are hard to deal with? 😩
Thanks to the leader that posed this challenge – “I find the different personalities of team members for example trying to treat everyone equally without offending the other ones, the sensitivity of each team member and keeping each team member happy.”
What we need to realise is that if we're focused on making people happy, then we are setting ourselves up to fail.
Instead, we need to shift our focus to creating a compelling environment where people understand why they are here and how it connects to the vision of the business.
We also need to be aware that the problem is never the problem! Keep digging, removing barriers and remain persistent to find out for each team member what the real reason behind their behaviour is.
